Studies show that teams that pursue a mission and strategy of diversity, inclusion, belonging and safety outperform competitors by 35%.  However, most struggle to assess the levels of inclusion, belonging and safety that individuals within the team achieve, even when diversity levels are high.

Once your team has completed the survey, you will receive a customizable, written report that quantifies the responses and identifies areas of opportunity for growth within your team. From there, I will work with you to develop a game plan for addressing opportunities for growth across your team. Every team is unique - no two strategies are alike in addressing your specific needs.

The assessment is anonymous to ensure authenticity of responses. Each individual may take the assessment on a computer or smart phone. Time to complete the assessment is approximately 10 minutes.
